Silky Snoods
My hand made snoods are designed to keep ear feathering protected. Silky snoods are lighter weight than cotton and have a silky finish. A lot of Cavalier owners who show their dogs, or who have their dogs wearing snoods for long periods of time, prefer a satiny/more lightweight material.  They also work just as well for meal times and treats.  I prefer cotton snoods when feeding my dogs, and satiny/silky snoods for shows and travel. There is no incorrect answer, just preference!

CARE INSTRUCTIONS Snoods are typically made out of 100% cotton, chiffon, or other light and silky materials.  Wash when needed. Hand washing
- Hand wash your snoods in cold or warm water with a mild detergent
- Fill a sink with water and add a teaspoon or less of detergent
- Wash thoroughly
- Gently squeeze out water with a towel, but avoid wringing or twisting
Drying
- Air-dry
- Avoid hanging out in direct sunlight
- Snoods can be washed on a regular or gentle cycle using warm or cool water
- Follow the drying instructions aboveÂ

- Put the snood on your dog with the band in the middle on the top of their head
- Take off when finished
