All of our coats and snoods are handmade to order, just for your dog. Because each piece is made after you place your order, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be completed before it ships. We’ll email you with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping rates — We charge a flat $15 shipping rate on all orders.

Delivery time — Orders ship via USPS or Canada Post, depending on where we’re shipping from. Once shipped, most US orders arrive within 3–7 business days and most Canadian orders within 2–7 business days.

Where we ship from — We ship from the US and Canada depending on the best location.

Where we ship to — We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Cross-border orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. However, if you’re outside of these two locations please send me an email.

Wrong address — Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t reroute a package once it’s left our hands.

Lost or delayed packages — If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time after the tracking estimate, email us and we’ll sort it out together.

Holiday orders — During the holiday season (November–December especially), please allow a little extra time for shipping.
