Our weather has been all over the place. We’ve had rain, snow, freezing temperatures, above normal temperatures, and all within a 6 hour period.
My little red dog is not doing well today.
Some people still refuse to believe that chiari malformation is the true root of Mylee’s problems.
They’ve challenged, they’ve made off hand comments to others, they have been plain ignorant.
On days these none of it matters.
Days like these are hard.
“When we honestly ask ourselves which person in our lives mean the most to us, we often find that it is those who, instead of giving advice, solutions, or cures, have chosen rather to share our pain and touch our wounds with a warm and tender hand. The friend who can be silent with us in a moment of despair or confusion, who can stay with us in an hour of grief and bereavement, who can tolerate not knowing, not curing, not healing and face with us the reality of our powerlessness, that is a friend who cares.â€Â

Sorry to hear your beautiful girl isn't feeling her best today 🙁 I really hope she's better soon!
Lotsa licks from the emptynester family of cavies, hope mylee feels better soon!♥
((((((HUGS)))))) for you both! Poor little girl really doesn't look like herself.:( I can empathize when you just want to make it better and can't. . . so sorry she's having a bad day.:( I'll have a talk with your crazy weather and ask it to please settle down so the little girl can feel better.;)
As for silly people with silly comments. . . SIGH so been there dealt with that with Maizey's anxiety issues. There's no answer but to just tune them out and listen to those of who care when we tell you you're a WONDERFUL dog momma and you know your puppies. Give hugs all around from us!
Sadly I am all too aware of how you feel. It is hard enough knowing days like this creep up, but lack of support makes a hard situation just that much more unbearable. I am thankful for you and Becky's breeder for being my biggest supporters.
On a brighter note, I see new doggie beds!! Really deep fluffy ones. Looks like heaven girls – enjoy!
We hope everyone feels much better soon!!
I know who both your beautiful girls look like.
Keep warm ladies. Snuggle down and let your mama give you lots of kisses
🙂 XXXXXXXXXXXXXX a few from us too xxxxxxxxxx
Had to hop back over to let you know you made our list if dearest blogs this week. There's an award waiting for you on our blog. Thanks for keeping us educated on the matters of health that matter most to our breed!
I sure hope Mylee is feeling better by now. Beautiful babies! That's a very beautiful quote by Henri Nouwen. Made me misty-eyed. I will share it on my fb page for others to appreciate too. Take care, Kathy and Teko
I sincerely hope Mylee is much improved. It is always sadness I feel when my poor Kirra has a poor day.
Such tender photo's and the companionship when in need.
